Preparation:

Fry it nicely chopped onion in oil until translucent. Add the mushrooms cut into pieces and fry, stirring occasionally, until the water has evaporated. Add the chopped carrots and parsley, potatoes diced, minced or pressed garlic, ground paprikacaraway, smoked paprikaand briefly roast.

Mushroom Soup – Sautéing the Basics

Pour water over the vegetables, bring the soup to the boil and stir vegetable stock. Cover and cook until the vegetables are tender, which will take time about 20 minutes. Finally, stir in the marjoram and season salty, pepperand serve. Garnish on the plate with parsley.
