For many of us, our running shoe are our everything shoes. But deep in our hearts we know that a fashionable athletic shoe will look so much nicer with our outfit and possibly make our partner happier to be seen with us in public.The dilemma is of course that we still want to be comfortable and we still want to feel like us.
We are athletic.
We can be both fashionable and athletic Thanks to some of the best running shoe brands. On a mission to prove this, we have put a variety of lifestyle shoes to the test, from the classic preppy styles to the casual stairs. Hopefully this will help you too.
I am a fool for this old school style, which feels like such a return to the very early days of running shoes. They are clean lines, feels classic retro and couples so good with all kinds of casual outfits.
But NB got it up with a few unique details around the tread, the cute little clubs climb on the heel and also let it feel like a shoe with some grip. We don’t take a walk, but we won’t worry about sliding on a wet staircase.
In contrast to some Brooks shoes, this does not feel so accommodating for wider widths. The thin tongue can have problems folding, but if you get it right in the right way and do not make folds, this should not be a problem.
The huge range of colors is another reason why we are so enthusiastic about this shoe! It is also proven to be a style that says, so you should be able to wear it for years.
Born in 1981, just like coach Amanda, it is clearly a classic shoe to endure the test of time.
Like many Saucony shoes, I found this to walk very narrow, this is not a problem for my foot, but something to be aware of the fit. Otherwise we really like the very light filling on the tongue and the traction. I am not sure where these original shoe designers thought we were going, but they made sure that we would not slip or slide along the way!
Although we would not choose this in the theme parks for a day, we would like to wear them for an afternoon with friends. One thing that noticed us was a bit of a bump for the feeling in the heel. Something you don’t think about worning after a while, but noticeably out.
Ok Skechers may have the corner to get a step in shoe marketing, but Teva does it too! The back folds down to slide straight without a lace or if you are lazy, you even have to pull the shoe full.
This is exactly like the stylish small sneakers that everyone buys from super cheap uncomfortable places … but better!
I tried one of those cheap shoes and sent it back as quickly as possible because it had no pillow. How can you spend the day or a concert in it?! They can’t.
The only drawback is that the shoe feels a bit heavy. Again, this is largely because we compare it to how light a running shoe feels!
Out of the Brooks Vault is the retro style forces, originally launched in 1982.
The fit on this is a bit narrow; I felt the bow pressing something in my foot, but it eventually became more comfortable as soon as I wore the shoe for a while. However, if you need a wider fit, this is unfortunately not a great option for you.
When you turn on the shoe, you will notice that the tongue is made of a lot of material, but it never bothered me while walking around. 
This was the first time that I went with my running shoe size in a few non-running shoes, and I am really happy that I did that. The fit of this was perfect, and because it was a ladies’ size 11, they did not make my feet look enormously, which can often happen with stylish pairs of shoes.
There is not much pillow under the foot, so you will feel a little more off the ground than in some of the other shoes on this list.
They would probably not be my choice for hours of walking, but to meet friends at the farmers’ market or for a few hours of top golf, absolutely!
Now we come back in more a sneaker look, but If we had to choose a shoe from this list to wear a long day at our feet, this would be these. We even worn it for super long days and discovered that it for a non-running shoe provided the pillow that we wanted so desperate!
If you are someone who never releases his shoes, guess what you don’t even have to worry about here! A knotted bungee side has been set up so that you can easily put them on and off, and you will never worry that they were created on the way. 
If you are caught walking around and it starts to rain, be careful on slippery surfaces, because there is not much grip. You don’t want to notice that you slide and slide around.
If you are on the fence about which size you should choose, go half a size of your casual shoes, just like you would do with a pair of running shoes.
Ok fine, this is not in the wear with your cute summer jurlist. But I saw it and had to have it for all those camping trips, winter days that I have to fall away quickly and simply carry it around.
The outsole means actual floor handle, so no slipping and the pillow means that it feels good if you happen to go shopping!
This will be your go-to post-run or after cycling if you want something that is comfortable. Spread your running shoes and slide your feet into this and relax!
And if you are worried about your sweaty feet they stink, they are treated with life of course, which helps combat the growth of odor -inducing bacteria.
On the Roger -Voordeel
This is currently one of Coach Stacey’s favorite couples non-running shoes. It is one that you can throw with almost every outfit.
With shorts or jeans, these shoes are good for every season.
Looking for one of the things to provide with a athletic clothing? You can give priority to comfort with these sneakers, but still look cool. 
The fit is where in size and can be worn comfortably with thin socks. Coach Stacey actually wears this with low -rise socks and has no blisters or hotspots appear. The damping on the inside of the shoe is super comfortable and offers just enough support if you spend a lot of time on your feet.
Although three of the four color options are white, you don’t worry about scuff markings; The material is super easy to clean, so you can look them fresh while you are on your way!
Tracksmith Elliot
Yes, we know that some of you will take these for runs, but both coach Amanda and coach Stacey love this and a fashionable athletic shoe.
These are perfect to combine with shorts in the summer, jeans in the fall/winter, and perhaps even a dress in the spring. Moreover, there are a few colorways if you are not a fan of the cream -colored colorway.
If you are on your way to an amusement park or a long day that explores a city, your feet will thank you for providing that extra little kiss.
Again, these do not come in wide, so if you need a wider fit, you may want to try them yourself before you record it completely. 
A small bonus where this technically is a running shoe is that if you notice that you have to run over the airport for a connecting flight, they have your back.
Technically, Lululemon is a city -fresh shoe in the fashionable category for travel shoes, but for us it feels like the Hold Brooks Ghost Max that simply looks more like a hospital work shoe.
