- Troy Franklin leads the Denver Broncos’ receiver room: Franklin could end up as the best receiver of the team for the rest of the season.
Another week of the NFL season of 2025 is just about in the books. Here are the players that you should focus in your imagination football competitions, including goals in smaller competitions and deeper competitions, as well as players to avoid.
A change is the addition of competition size and time frame. “League -size” indicates the number of teams in your Fantasy League where the player is probably available and it makes sense to pick them up. Everyone mentioned for a competition of 12 teams must also be available in a competition of 10 teams, but it may not be logical to add that player, given the selection. If it makes sense to pick up someone in 10 and 12 team competitions, the player is mentioned in both. “Time frame” indicates that the duration for which the player can be valuable, so that those who are looking for a short -term replacement or a player can help for the future.

Quarterbacks
Michael Penix, Atlanta Falcons (Roasting in 28.0% of the competitions at ESPN)
- League -size: 10
- Timeframe: Week 3 and long term
Penix was a top 10 fantasy quarterback in week 1, but he struggled against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football in week 2. On the positive side, most quarterbacks had problems with the Vikings last season, because they were the fourth most fantasy points to Quarterbacks.
The Falcons play the Carolina Panthers in week 3, which was a great matchup for Quarterbacks last season. It was not a great matchup in 2025 because teams early big leads have come against Carolina. The Panthers will probably hold the match a little closer to Atlanta, leading to more volume for Penix than last quarterbacks against Carolina.
The Falcons follow that matches against the Washington commanders, Buffalo Bills and San Francisco 49ers – competitions in which the violation often has to succeed. They then have a rough three-game stretch and then an excellent slate of weeks 11-17. This does not include games against teams that were in the top 12 last season in stopping quarterbacks. If Penix can gain a good experience in the first half of the season, he could be an Elite Fantasy Quarterback in the second half of the year.
Jake Browning, Cincinnati Bengals (0.1%)
- League -size: 10, 12, 16
- Timeframe: Short -term
Joe Burrow left Sunday’s game against the Jaguars with a toe injury. First reports Given that the injury will probably require surgery, which would cost about three months, or most of the Fantasy Regular Season. Browning took over and completed 21 of 32 passes for 241 Yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions, together with a one-meter touchdown run.
Browning started seven games in Burrow’s Place in 2023 and on average 20.0 fantasy points per game. His general figure of 80.2 pff from 2023-2024 arranged 23rd of 52 Quarterbacks with at least 400 snaps. His fantasy production must be increased by the attack of the Bengal and Skills Players. If Cincinnati came across the schedule of the Falcons for the rest of the year, Browning can be the best Quarterback on this list. The Bengal, however, have an under-average schedule for Quarterbacks, which means that Browning remains second under the Quarterback remote waste options.
He can be a fantasy starter in different matchups, largely dependent on the other Quarterbacks of your team. The Bengal play the Minnesota Vikings in week 3, which can be a match to leave Browning on the couch.
