Korean BBQ: October 18
Try Food Lab’s version of Korean BBQ on October 18! If you like bold flavors, don’t miss this class. It’s an eat-as-you-go menu, guaranteed fun. The menu includes kimchi fried rice, no bulgogi (Korean BBQ chicken), kimchi trio and pickled daikon and garlic. Interested in attending? Register here.
Pasta workshop (Ravioli): October 23
If you’ve always wanted to make your own pasta but find the process too intimidating, Pasta Workshop offers the perfect opportunity for expert guidance. You’ll find it’s much easier than you expect! You start by making your own dough and then use it to make two different types of ravioli. The main course is served with fried artichoke frisee and farro salad. This class is quite popular, so make sure you do that register quickly!
Evening in Bordeaux: October 24
Do you like the rich wines from the French Bordeaux region? This menu has been composed to perfectly accompany these wines. You prepare gourmet dishes such as blue cheese and stuffed pears with walnuts, seared duck breast with red wine pan gravy and roasted garlic potatoes. Enjoy your meal! Registration is now open.
Modern Steakhouse: November 1
Although steakhouse classics are simple, they can be tricky to master. If you have always wanted to enjoy steakhouse dishes at home, then the Modern Steakhouse course is definitely on your program. You’ll start by making the not-so-classic wedge salad and crispy Brussels sprouts with a sweet and spicy glaze, then move on to the petit filet with garlic butter and chimichurri sauce. Register here.
There’s always something exciting happening at Food Lab, and these classes offer a quick preview of what’s coming this fall. There are many more courses available, so be sure to check out the full schedule.
