Mrs Collins said it was unusual to find a boat shed for sale in Lewisham.
‘It’s quite rare, especially if it’s not part of a traditional set of sheds like you see in other suburbs like Primrose Sands or Dodges Ferry.
“This makes it a little more unique.
“Independent boat sheds of this caliber are rarely available.”
