By 2024, RealTrends Verified arranged Team Sweasey ranks first in San Luis Obispo County in both transactional and sales volume, reporting more than $141 million in closed sales.

Equity Union said the Central Coast expansion follows several years of growth for the brokerage.
In 2024, the company reported sales volume of $3.11 billion across 3,639 closed transactions, with more than 950 licensed agents operating from 13 offices.
The Central Coast — including San Luis Obispo County — is considered one of California’s more stable housing markets and includes a mix of residential, coastal and rural properties, leaders said.
