Ladies Premier Champions Ellenborough will be favorites to make the four Premier Division titles in a row when the British Clubs League of the veterans will return this weekend.
The Enfield Club (shown above) has the same quartet that served last season, when they won their first nine games and only lost foresters in the last game as soon as the title was already secured.
Sara Williams, Hurey Ahmetoglu, Sanja Clements and Tumay Ekrem will have the feeling that they can repeat that kind of performance and keep the trophy in their possession.
Foresters will look a better one and have two top-five players in Gabriela Tankel and Kinga Oryl.
Bribar Deighton, TT Shop Liverpool, Market Rasen and Bribar Knighton Park completes the division and all have top 10 display when dummy reviews are taken into account.
Unlike the top flight for women, the Prime Minister Division of the men has had three different champions in the past three seasons.
The current holders are TopSpin Fusion, which jumped the previous winners Ormesby and Bribar Knighton Park in the second weekend, with no 1 -ranked Lorestas TrumpaSkas that leads their campaign – as he is doing again this season.
Ormesby and Bribar Knighton Park – the 2023 winners under the guise of Team Bribar – are again strong and are led by Adam Fuzes and Jason Ramage respectively.
Each team has at least one top 10 player, as soon as dummy ratings are processed, with global university systems Horsham spinners who have three there. Central and Ormeau Masters complete the line-up.
There are a total of 93 teams participating in 15 divisions at two locations – Derby Arena is the primary location, with Draycott & Long Eaton TTC another satellite location for Herendivisie Five. More than 400 players will appear.
