“There are things that we can improve, but it was a big step in the right direction.
“An important phase also in the Champions League because we have to start well.
“These competitions are the demands so high, so if we are slow starters, we can leave ourselves too much to do.

“We’ll wait.”
Eddie Howe asked when we can expect Tino Livramento to be available again for selection:
“From yesterday’s meeting with a specialist, we think Tino will be about six to eight weeks.
“That is probably positive from where we were after the [Arsenal]play, thinking that he can be months.
“We probably don’t look at this international break, but maybe he could be back.
“It is a little more positive than we initially feared.”
Eddie -Touches on Nick Woltemade:
“His potential is high.
“It is an exciting start for him and he did very well.

“We will do a lot of physical work with him to get him robust enough for the Premier League, week in, week out.”
