To make my easy flourless egg white tortillas, I used gelatin from Further Food!

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with avocado oil spray. Set aside.

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.

  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it so that it is thin and evenly thick throughout.

  • Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.

  • Remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the baking paper. Cut 1/2 down the middle.
