Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth.
Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it so that it is thin and evenly thick throughout.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the baking paper. Cut 1/2 down the middle.
