Panna cotta desserts are one of my favorites to make because they are so easy! If your kids are trying to avoid sugar, have them make a panna cotta recipe using allulose instead of sugar. All they have to do is mix the ingredients together, put them in a cute cup and let them cool! Tada! They created a fancy Italian dessert!
TIP FOR MAKING KETO PANNA COTTA
Making food with gelatin is an easy way to make tasty food, but food made with gelatin can easily become too rubbery if left in the refrigerator overnight. If you plan to make this recipe ahead of time and not serve it on the same day, I recommend using ¼ teaspoon less gelatin than necessary; this amount ensures a perfect creamy texture, even after a day or two in the refrigerator.

Easy Chai Panna Cotta
Prevent your screen from going dark
- Place the brewed chai tea in a large, heatproof bowl. Sift in the gelatin while stirring so that no lumps form. Once the gelatin has dissolved, add the coconut milk and vanilla seeds and stir to combine.
Add the allulose, stevia, cinnamon and salt. Add collagen if using. Stir well. Taste to adjust the sweetness to your taste.
Pour the mixture into cute cups to serve. Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
