Haaland scored his 100th Premier League goal during City’s 5-4 win over Fulham on Tuesday evening, becoming the fastest footballer ever to achieve the feat.
The Norwegian needed just 111 games to score 100 goals, surpassing Alan Shearer’s previous record of 124 games.
Now that he has reached a century, Haaland will set his sights on climbing the all-time rankings and closing in on Shearer’s all-time record.
He is the 35th player to score 100 goals in the Premier League and the first footballer from Norway to do so.
Of the previous 34 players to score 100 goals in the division, only two – Mohamed Salah and Raheem Sterling – are still active and playing in the English top flight.
