Dynasty Marketplace: Week 15 – Dynasty League Football

Welcome to the Dynasty Marketplace – a weekly series of articles throughout the season, providing reaction, market projections and advice for assets across the Dynasty landscape. Each week I highlight four trending assets to discuss their recent performance, value projection, and the recommended actions in the dynasty market.

Trey McBride, TE ARI

Market Rank: ~TE1

Market value: ~3 x 2026 first round picks

Value trend: Neutral

Volatility: low

He did it again! In week fifteen, the first week of the fantasy playoffs for most leagues, Trey McBride went all out. In a blowout loss to the Texans, McBride was the lone bright spot for Arizona, completing a dozen passes on 13 targets for 134 yards and two scores, all team highs. That gave McBride 37.4 fantasy points and made him the TE2 of the week. McBride connected on 33% of his team’s targets for the game and broke free for an impressive 95 yards after the catch, which was tied for most of the week.

The season numbers for McBride are downright wild. In fourteen games played, McBride has now racked up 105 receptions for 1,071 yards and ten touchdowns. Here’s more about how impressive his season has been…

Perhaps the most shocking part of McBride’s stellar season is that his dynasty value has remained largely unchanged. Using our ADP Rankings History app, McBride’s dynasty value has remained relatively stable over the past 18 months, despite his current record-breaking season.

By most measures, McBride is still rated as the dynasty TE2 behind second-year freak Brock Bowers. What has changed is the gap between the two. After a slow start to his season, Bowers’ value dropped as McBride posted weekly TE1 performances. Here’s how the two compare now using our ADP over Time app…

With a dozen TE1 appearances in fourteen games this season and a 70% TE1 clip over the past three seasons, McBride is among the safest dynasty signings in the game. Add in the fact that he’s already proven he can do this without team success, with multiple quarterbacks, all while staying healthy, and there’s a strong case to be made that McBride’s current second-round dynasty ADP makes him one of the most underrated players in dynasties.

Treasury Henderson, RB NEW

Market Rank: ~RB7

Market value: ~2 x 2026 first round picks

Value trend: positive

Volatility: medium

In one of the week’s games, rookie running back TreVeyon Henderson lived up to the preseason expectations of dynasty managers and Patriots fans. Although veteran Rhamondre Stevenson started again, Henderson stole the show. He rushed 14 times for 148 yards and a pair of touchdowns, including a 65-yard dash reminiscent of his days with the Buckeyes. Despite the optics of not drawing the starting nod, Henderson continued his hot streak, finishing a week as the RB3. That marks his third top-five fantasy appearance in the last six weeks, tying him for the most with Jahmyr Gibbs in that span.

After a frustrating start to the season that left some dynasty managers questioning their picks and labeling Henderson a failure, he was quick to remind us why he brought such lofty dynasty value to his rookie season. After failing to eclipse 55 rushing yards in a game for the first few months of his career, Henderson has now achieved that goal in seven straight games. Since week eight, Henderson has been the RB6, averaging 17.5 fantasy points per game, and has been a weekly starter regardless of Stevenson’s status.

Dynasty managers have noticed this too. This offseason, fueled by positive thoughts and his breakthrough play during his college career, Henderson was already rated as a low-end RB1. In early November, that cold start caused Henderson’s ADP to plummet. He was the RB15 dynasty, his lowest mark since being drafted. But our December DLF Dynasty ADP, due out later this week, shows Henderson as the RB7 overall and a late second-round dynasty startup pick.

Kyle Pitts, TE ATL

Market Rank: ~TE10

Market value: ~1 x 2026 first round pick

Value trend: Neutral

Volatility: high

This was the game Kyle Pitts fans had been waiting for for years. Some speculated it would never happen, and many had simply given up on the idea of a true ceiling performance from one of the league’s most talented tight ends. On Thursday night, Pitts rewarded his true believers, along with those desperate enough to put him in the fantasy playoffs, with an all-time performance.

Faced with the Buccaneers’ struggling defense and with Drake London once again on the sidelines, Pitts walked away. He caught eleven of his dozen targets for 166 yards and three touchdowns. That was good for over 45 fantasy points and the TE1 ranking for the week. Specifically, Pitts finished with 45.6 fantasy PPR points, the fifth-highest mark by a tight end in league history and the most since Shannon Sharpe in 1996. The volume numbers were great to see, as the targets, receptions and yardage all marked new career highs for Pitts, but the most important number was certainly the touchdowns. Not just because they are so valuable from a fantasy production standpoint, but simply because that has been a blemish on Pitts’ career. During his impressive 1,000-yard rookie campaign, Pitts scored just one touchdown. He improved steadily and conscientiously, adding one touchdown reception per season. He scored twice in his second season, three in his third, and so on. That strange pattern was in jeopardy this season, as Pitts had scored just one touchdown in fourteen weeks because of this week’s hat trick.

As an impending free agent, most of Pitts’ managers will likely make a strong case for him to leave Atlanta in hopes of a fresh start. Overall, he has failed to live up to the hype, which has spiraled out of control in the dynasty community, and multiple coaching staffs and quarterbacks have failed to maximize Pitts’ talent.

A former TE1 dynasty, Pitts’ value has plummeted over the years to his current TE11 rank according to our latest ADP data. Still only 25 years old, Pitts still has tremendous long-term upside and will be one of my top offseason targets in both trades and startup drafts.

Kenneth Walker, RB SEA

Market Rank: ~RB20

Market value: ~2026 early second round pick

Value trend: negative

Volatility: medium

Nine carries for 17 yards. Those were Kenneth Walker’s stats this week against the Colts, and unfortunately quite typical of what we’ve gotten from Walker, an impending free agent, this season. Dating back to the end of last season a year ago, Walker was the RB6 in our ADP dynasty and seemingly the core of the Seahawks’ offensive plans. Walker was a team that clearly wanted to build around their running game and had high value and upside. Although his value took a slight hit this offseason and even fell out of the RB1 range, the expectations and opportunities were still there for the talented back. Seattle moved on from Geno Smith, DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, further suggesting their running game would be the focal point. Even with the pesky Zach Charbonnet hanging around, there was little concern about Walker, who had produced in 27% of his career games as an RB1 through three seasons.

Well…this season has been an overall disaster for Walker. He again dealt with some nagging injuries as Charbonnet transformed from a solid backup to a full-fledged 1B (and sometimes 1A) part of the Seattle committee. New quarterback Sam Darnold has been an ideal fit, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba has become one of the league’s best players, demanding goals and changing the way the offense is shaped. Walker’s advantage remains. He’s played three RB1 games after posting three, four and four in his first three years, but he’s bottomed out. Walker has just one RB2 performance (ranked RB13-24 in a week), and has failed to record double-digit fantasy points in eight of his fourteen games this season.

Now Walker is set to return to free agency as a 25-year-old with an injury history. Walker has missed 11 games in his four seasons and has failed to live up to his NFL Draft capital in the second round. In a loaded free agent running back class that includes Travis Etienne, Javonte Williams, Rico Dowdle and Breece Hall, it’s entirely possible Walker simply gets lost in the shuffle and is forced to settle for a committee role in Seattle or with a new team.

Here’s the story of the value of Walker’s dynasty in one graph…
