DWCS 77 Main Event: Ilioan Bouafia vs. Neemias Santanana
At the top of the account this week, the middle weights compete for a UFC contract when unbeaten Ilian Bouafia (6-0 MMA) goes down from light heavyweight and his line on the line puts versus Neemias Santana (7-2-1 MMA.) Bouafia still has in his professional MMA career. Back on Valentine’s Day he surpassed Paulin Begai (7-4 MMA) with a unanimous decision in Ares FC 29.
This was the first time that Bouafia had to have his victory confirmed by the scorecards of the jury members. He is an exciting prospect in his home country of France, with five Knock -Outs Already on his resume. What happens when he fights for DWCS 77 in America?
In the meantime, NeMias Santana has posted a 3-1-1 Mark in his last five fights. At the moment he is on an undefeated line of four fights for DWCS 77. Recently, he scored a second round knockout via a straight right vs. Marcos Vinicius (6-1-1 MMA) on March 28.
These two hunters come in DWC’s 77 have combined for nine wins in the distance. Something has to give here on Tuesday evening. Who will overcome?
DWCS 77: Ty Miller vs. Jimmy Drago
In anticipation of the recommended match, you see a welterweight scrap-matching Ty Miller (5-0, 1 NC MMA) with Jimmy Drago (7-2, 1 NC MMA.) A universal storyline here: both men come in from no contests in their last game.
The first makes the walk in DWCS 77 still a perfect professional record in sport. Back on December 6 in the LFA, his fight ended vs. Arthur Barros (4-1, 1 NC MMA) in a no-contest at 3:30 in the opening round after the last hunter could not continue in the game after an unintended eye chocke.
This was Miller’s only Baubel in his career. Can he secure a contract on Tuesday evening?
On the other side, Jimmy Drago in Enterprise with a 3-1 record with one no-contest in his last five fights. He is unbeaten in his last four games, but his fight of 14 March versus Junior Melo (14-9-1, 1 NC MMA) ended with a no-contest in the second round during CFFC 140 because of a collision of heads.
Win or loss, the story of Drago is inspiring. This is a man who was Addicted to heroin before he became clean and sober in the fall of 2015. A decade later he can be 15 minutes of action (or less) removed from securing a UFC deal.
DWCS 77: Baysgur Susurkaev etc. Murtaza Talha
Also on DWCS 77, you see a cracking affair in the middleweight between unbeaten Baysgur Susurkaev (8-0 MMA) and Murtaza Talha (7-1 MMA, 0-1 DWCS) in the second of the latter Competition series appearance. Susurkaev does not yet have to taste defeat as a professional and seven of his eight career opponents.
On February 21, he finished Iraki Kuchukhidze (4-2 MMA) in Fury FC 102 in the second round. Prepare your popcorn before the cage door closes on Tuesday evening. With Susurkaev with a finish of 88 percent that goes in this fight, you may not have much chance of popping the corn as soon as the fight starts.
In the other corner, Murtaza Talha went 4-1 in his last five games. Last February he put Oleg Klimov (0-5 MMA) in the first round with ground and pound shots. Klimov’s record has come investigated About tapology in which each of his last three attacks is disputed.
As mentioned earlier, Talha will appear his second Competition series This next week. In 2023 his fight against Rodolfo Bellato ended with the last a second round knockout victory with 14 seconds left in the period.
Will Talha’s second chance result in a UFC contract? Only time will learn it.
