Jack Draper announced on social media on Monday that he will miss the rest of the 2025 season because of his arm injury. The Lefty withdrew from the US Open after one singles match due to the same injury.
“Unfortunately, the injury to my arm is something that I have to rest and means that I will be the rest of 2025,” Draper wrote. “It is very difficult for me to accept, because this year I was building an incredible momentum and played some great things.”

The Brit is the ninth in the PIF ATP Live Race to Turin, but will not be able to push for his Nitto ATP Finals debut. Instead, the 23-year-old will concentrate on return to health after a year in which he won his first ATP Masters 1000 title at Indian Wells.
“I have experienced this before … and I always come back stronger because I am so motivated to fulfill my potential as a player,” wrote Draper. “Huge thanks to everyone who supports me to do it right and supports me on my journey. I can’t wait to go back and give everything. See you soon!”
This season Draper earned a record of 30-9, including a second Masters 1000-final in Madrid and another championship conflict in Doha.
