President Donald Trump of the United States has mentioned Elon Musk’s plans to form a new political party “ridiculous” and says that the US functions best under a two -party system.
A day after Musk escalated his feud with Trump and announced the formation of a new American political party, the Republican President was asked about it before he boarded Air Force One in Morristown, New Jersey, when he returned to Washington after a visit to his nearby golf club.
“I think it’s ridiculous to start a third party. We have a huge success with the Republican Party. The Democrats have lost the way, but it has always been a two -party system system, and I think that starting a third party only adds confusion,” Trump said reporters.
“It seems to have really been developed for two parties. Third parties have never worked, so he can enjoy it, but I think it’s ridiculous.”

Musk, who served as top adviser of Trump in the reduction and reforming of the federal government during the first few months of his presidency, said that his new party, in the interim elections of next year, would have the Republican politicians dismissed in the congress that supported the radical measure known as the “great, beautiful account”.

Speaking of the CNN program State of the Union, the American Minister of Finance Scott Bessent said that the boards of Directors of Musk’s companies – Tesla and Rocket Firm SpaceX – would probably prefer him to stay out of politics.

“I imagine that the boards of directors did not like this announcement … and encourage him to concentrate on his business activities, not on his political activities,” said Bessent.

Their disagreement about the expenditure account led to an argument that Musk briefly tried not to repair successfully.

The bill, which lowers taxes and increases the expenditure for defense and border protection, was adopted last week on party-line voices in both rooms of the congress.

Critics have said that it will damage the US economy by considerably increasing the federal budget deficit.

Trump has said that Musk is unhappy because the measure, which Trump signed in the law last week, takes away green energy credits for Tesla’s electric vehicles.
He has threatened to attract billions of dollars who receive Tesla and SpaceX in government contracts and subsidies in response to Musk’s criticism.
