Monday Night Football in Week 15 of the 2025 NFL campaign features a showdown between the Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers in the Steel City. Somewhat surprisingly, it’s a big game between two teams still in the AFC playoffs this late in the season. Miami has won four straight games to move to 6-7, while Pittsburgh leads the AFC North at 7-6.

Let’s dive into my Dolphins vs. Steelers predictions dive.

Listings of Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers

Moneyline: Dolphins +154 / Steelers -184
Spread: Dolphins +3 (-110) / Steelers -3 (-110)
Total: More than 42.5 (-110) / Less than 42.5 (-110)

Miami Dolphins Pittsburgh Steelers Best Bet No. 1: Under 42.5 (-110)

Pittsburgh tops the AFC North because it’s a terrible division – not really on its own merits. And it’s certainly not because the Steelers’ offense is some kind of juggernaut. With a 41-year-old Aaron Rodgers at quarterback, the Steelers rank 27th in the league in total offense and a lowly 14th in scoring (23.7 points per game). Pittsburgh has lost five of its last eight games and has scored 10 points or fewer in its last two upsets. The dolphins aren’t much better. Head coach Mike McDaniel’s squad is No. 25 in total offense, No. 27 in passing and No. 21 in scoring (21.6 ppg).

Although it will be clear in Pittsburgh on Monday, it will also be freezing. Conditions won’t exactly be ideal for offense, and certainly not for passing. Even under the best of circumstances, moving the ball isn’t exactly a routine effort for either of these teams. Miami QB Tua Tagovailoa has thrown fourteen interceptions in 2025, a number that is almost as high as his number of touchdowns (18). The left-hander will likely be under pressure as well, against a Steelers defense that ranks ninth in the league with 36 sacks. If
If the Dolphins are going to be productive at all offensively, the success will likely come on the ground. Over their last four outings, they have rushed for 197, 169, 164 and 239 yards. If the visitors manage to pull off some scoring moves, you can expect them to be heavy efforts that will keep the clock moving and minimize the total number of possessions in the game.

The under is 4-0 in last four against Miami overall, 3-1 in last four at home against Pittsburgh and 4-0 in last four head-to-head meetings.

Miami Dolphins Pittsburgh Steelers Best Player Prop Bet: De’Von Achane Over 79.5 rushing yards (-114)

Achane is ready for Monday despite having a minor rib problem last week. He left Sunday’s win over the Jets early, but that was just a precaution during a game that was completely out of control. There’s no reason to believe the Texas A&M product will be anything less than 100 percent for this. Speaking of that Jets game, Miami completely dominated the line of scrimmage and produced 239 rushing yards. Achane delivered 92 on just seven carries. He was well on his way to what would have been his fourth straight appearance with more than 100 yards on the ground. The Missouri City, Texas native has gained at least 120 yards in three of the last four games and four of the last eight. of the last 4 matches and in 4 of the last 8.

The Steelers are decent defensively, but they are certainly nothing special against the run. Head coach Mike Tomlin’s team is giving up 125.3 rushing yards per game on 4.4 yards per carry, in addition to 10 TDs on the ground. Count on Achane to have a great day.
