The Los Angeles Dodgers kick off the NLCS on Monday against the Milwaukee Brewers and have their starters ready for Games 1 and 2. The starting rotation has been electric (for the most part) this postseason as they look to continue their production in Milwaukee.
One person who won’t start a game in Milwaukee is superstar Shohei Ohtani. The Dodgers don’t know yet which day he will actually start on the bump, but it won’t be during the first two games of the series. Ohtani struggled at the plate during the NLDS, going just 1-for-18 with an RBI over those four games.
In other news, former MVP Cody Bellinger is reportedly planning to test the free agency market. The outfield has had glaring issues on defense this season, and there were plenty of times where the collective offense from the outfield left a lot to be desired. A possible reunion could be on the horizon this offseason as Bellinger weighs his options.
