Wait – Chavi went back to transactions and helped her former customers buy their new house in Snoqualmie Ridge? Yes!!! Earlier this year, Kim received a call on Sunday from one of her former customers who had found their dream house in their ideal neighborhood. Here is the story !!!

The perfect moment for the Chavi comeback

I met Sean and Lisa through other really great customers to which I sold a home in 2012. Sean and Lisa found a house just before Kim and I got married in 2013 and closed immediately after we got back from our honeymoon. It was really wonderful to hear from this great pair after all those years! I was even so excited to hear from them that I decided that this was the perfect opportunity to make a comeback. The home search in Snoqualmie Ridge

Sean and Lisa were looking for a house on this specific part of the Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Course for more than two years. Our customers waited and waited and in the end the perfect house came on the market. It was all about the location for this house. The customers wanted easy access to the clubhouse and their extensive community.

Finding that on the green

Because of the location of the house, Sean and Lisa knew that this house was ‘the one’. There are only about 12 houses in this specific area. It was all about waiting and being prepared.

The offer process

If we make the offer, the frame broker made it sound like it would be a multiple offering situation, but we were prepared for Pivot to make the best possible offer. Our buyers were not only the only offer, but they could also negotiate the inspections. Win/Win !!!

Strategic success

We were very strategic to ensure that we were the only offer for this house. As a result, our customers had a complete inspection and were able to negotiate on a few items. I have to say that the fact that I have been doing this for 17 years really gave me the opportunity to negotiate with confidence for my customers.

Chavi’s comeback to do real estate transactions

This house was my comeback for doing real estate transactions. In recent years I have had to take a step back to be with customers to take care of our cousin and help manage the team. Our cousin has just turned 18 and was accepted for a few weeks to the university before I made contact with Lisa and Sean again. Perfect timing!
