Dillon Brooks confirms that a “villain Jr.” is on the schedule of Phoenix Suns

It was a member of the Phoenix Suns who seemed to enjoy Media Day, it was Dillon Brooks. The 29-year-old cut a relaxed figure while talking about what he can bring to the valley this coming season, as well as the almost trade that would have taken him to Phoenix years ago.

The fit between player and team of course feels, even Devin Booker places the previous beef between the two behind them. This was an organization that urgently needs a defender who has no problem using the dark arts to make ends meet, to offer some steel to the schedule. A villain if you want – although Brooks is unveiled to the media – he is not the only one who has taken that role.

Brooks refuses to reveal identity of “Villain Jr.” On the Roster.

The idea that Brooks has already discovered that there is a player who is willing to join him on the dark side is a great development for the Suns. They have to make the footprint center a difficult place to come and play for opponents while trying to make up for their lack of depth and elitental talent with defensive regulations and in your facial posture. But who could be the Riddler to Brooks’ Joker?

We think there are three choices here, but one can certainly be eliminated immediately because of the terms used. Grayson Allen already has a reputation as a dirty player in this competition, and he has no problem to become physical. But he is also the same age as Brooks, and his use of the word “junior” seems relevant here.

What about OSO Iighodaro then? During the summer competition he used his large framework to bully people, and he has never been shy to be physically in the paint. He has clearly put some muscle – and although he wants to become a better shooter – is the defensive end where he will earn a living in Phoenix. We don’t exclude it, but they are not our top choice.

Before we reveal who we think Brooks is talking, a special mention for Collin Gillespie. He could be the player in question – he is both younger than Brooks on 26 and is incredibly scrappy – it’s just hard to see him embrace that role so quickly. He was loved by fans in Phoenix last season, while opponents spoke about what a nightmare he did not happen to happen often.

That is why Ryan Dunn is certainly the mysterious man. Already a two -way reinforcement that plays a similar position such as Brooks and Rol in this schedule, he can use his length to irritate the opponents on the circumference all day. He looks like the perfect sidekick when he goes into the competition and will certainly learn a lot for Brooks. However, until this is officially revealed, their identity is unknown.
