The largest golf management company in Portugal will manage new investments and activities in the Golf, Hotel and Lifestyle facilities of the Resort

Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure – have expanded its portfolio of golf courses and resorts in Portugal with the addition of Tróia Resort.

The popular Golf and Lifestyle -Resort has become the tenth golf location that is managed by details, which managed itself at *Vilamoura Golf, PGA AroeiRa Lisbon, Palmares Ocean Living & Golf and Valley Picião, and Valley PiciYe Management Excluded.

Róia is just an hour’s drive from Lisbon in the Alentejo region and surrounded by a unique ecosystem and an exclusive golden sandy beach and has been an established name in the Portuguese Golf and the Leisure Markt for more than four decades.

The wide range of facilities of Tróia comprises an 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse, a five-star hotel with 132 rooms, a four-star hotel with 242 rooms, a conference center, a spa and a variety of tourist rental apartments and private residential accommodation. Moreover, there is a marina, a beach and sports center and a variety of shops.

According to the conditions of the acquisition agreement, details will supervise the operation of the golf course, clubhouse and the three hotels – the Editorory by the Sea, Aqualuz Tróia Mar and Aqua Luz Tróia Rio – who add more than 500 hotel rooms to the company’s portfolio. Norfin Group, who, like details, is owned by Arrow Global, will take over the management of real estate development.

Details will also take over the running of the beach and sports center club, with a considerable investment that is already planned in the golf, accommodation and lifestyle facilities to increase the guest experience offered to all golfers and visitors.
