Ingredients
- 3 Eggs, yolks and whites separated
- 1 tablespoons gelatin
- Salt salt
- 1 Create perfect keto Non -Gearomatized Collagen
- Optional: Scheutje vanilla -Extract
- Butter or ghee, for cooking
Toppings (optional):
- Sugar -free maple syrup
- Cream
- Fresh berries
- Add proteins and a pinch of salt to a bowl. Add gelatin with an electric whisk or mixer while you beat until the stiff peaks occur.
- Beat in a separate bowl of egg yolks (and optional vanilla) until it is creamy. Add collagen and beat until pale and completely recorded.
- Carefully fold the beaten protein in the yolk mixture and make sure that you do not empty the batter. It must be light and airy.
- Heat a frying pan with anti-stick over medium heat and grease light with butter or ghee.
- Spoon ~ 2β3 tablespoons batter per pancake in the pan. Cover with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and set.
