The Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and the Jaipur ring road are connected by the 66.9 km Greenfield Expressway, which was opened on July 15. Compared to the conventionally used NH-48, it offers a smoother and more efficient path.
The congestion on the Delhi-Jaipur highway has long been a problem, mainly due to considerable truck traffic and unforeseen delays. With access-controlled lanes and a speed limit of 120 km/h, the new highway dissolves these problems and makes commuting faster and safer.
Travelers have already expressed satisfaction with the Expressway during his first 10-day free trial period. Countless consumers characterized it as a much needed and practical replacement.
The road, which was built for more than INR 1,300 Crore, has five exchanges that make flexible outputs possible at important intersections such as Khuri, Bhedoli and Sundarpura. It also deliberately avoids the older NH-21 and NH-48 sections, as well as heavy traffic communities.
