Via a Foia request for the New Jersey Racing Commission I have attached the following murders to the two remaining traces of that state so far this year. Aside, all eight murders in Monmouth came with this note: “Carcass removed from striking yard/track road.”

Now go back and read again what he suffered.

“Yesterday horses ataxic. Found and unable to stand this morning. Euuthanased.” Then this: “The bleeding of the soft tissue is consistent with trauma related to the peri-mortem injury.” Social was three years old and was last raced on April 27.

Marmaris, 7 June, Monmouth R

Cause not clear.” They add: “The bleeding is appreciated in the right ventral neck, left dorsal thorax, within the brain’s brain, the spinal cord and the nasal cavity, along with the fracture at the base of the skull are probably traumatic originally.” Marmaris was three years old.

“Fell: Multiple [at least five] open fractures; Destroyed Suspensory. ” Wild was three years old.

“Walked serious cannon fracture.” The lack was two and was prepared for his first race.

“Heat stress/heart failure after the exercise.” Charlton was three years old.

“Comminuted fracture of Pastern.” Shazam was seven years old.
