Those words, left on Facebook reports, are central to a federal large jury attack. On Tuesday, Yucca Valley resident Thomas Eugene Streak, 73, was not guilty of three crime counts to make threats.
San Bernardino County’s husband was arrested on Monday just before 11 am by Marshals of the United States and the next day in the Central District Court in Riverside.
He has a bond of $ 10,000 and is expected in court on July 28. Streak could serve up to 15 years in prison if it is found guilty on all points.
“This suspect has been accused of threatening our president’s life – a man who has already survived two disturbed attempts about his life,” said US Atty. Gene. Pam Bondi in a statement. “The Ministry of Justice takes these threats with the greatest seriousness and will follow this crime in this way.”
A number mentioned for Streak was not answered and no lawyer was mentioned for him in judicial documents.

The posts of Streak extend before the elections, when he wrote on October 15: “Today is the perfect day to blow out his brain and I would like to be the one who persuades the tractor.”
The secret service also investigates the case.
“The kind of rhetoric and threats of this suspect are similar to those who have led to an attempt to the President’s life last year,” said the United States Atty. Bill Essayli. “There is no room for political violence or threats of violence in the United States.”
