Knicks throw a wide net
The New York Knicks carried out an extensive coaching search after saying goodbye to the ways of Tom Thibodeau earlier this summer. Staley’s perspective

“I interviewed the Knicks, it was the same interview that everyone else who was in their candidate – Pool – the same,” said Staley. “I thought I was doing reasonably well, I was well prepared. A historical possibility
The recruitment of Staley is said to have marked a groundbreaking moment. No woman has ever served as the head coach of a professional team for men in the United States. Her resume includes three NCAA championships with South Carolina and a Hall of Fame play career.
