Before November’s premium event can take place, the promotion is currently at its home base in Las Vegas for two consecutive weeks of action at the UFC Apex, the first of which took place this past Saturday night at UFC Vegas 110.
Ahead of a featherweight bout between Issac Dulgarian and Yadier del Valle on last weekend’s show, moneyline activity for Dulgarian quickly changed, resulting in a number of sportsbooks, including DraftKings, removing bettors’ ability to make prop bets on the bout. Dulgarian lost the featherweight affair by first-round submission to del Valle. Now there is a much bigger problem.
Dana White Confirms FBI Investigation into Del Valle vs. Dulgarian Line Movement
Issac Dulgarian found himself left out of the UFC roster Monday morning, less than 48 hours after UFC Vegas 110, due to betting over the weekend. On Tuesday, UFC CEO Dana White said attached to TMZ Sports that the FBI is investigating the matter.
“Probably around one o’clock that day, we were working at a betting company called IC 360, and they are the best betting monitoring company in the industry,” Dana White began. “They contacted us and told us there was some unusual action going on in that fight. We knew something, but we didn’t. So what we did was call the fighter and his lawyer and say, ‘What’s going on? There’s some weird gambling going on during your fight. Are you hurt? Do you owe anyone money? Has anyone approached you?'”
Dulgarian responded negatively to all of Dana White’s questions. After the fight ended in a first-round submission, White confirmed he had made a call to federal agents.

“I met with the FBI twice today. That’s the whole story,” he said.
FBI Involvement Nothing new in today’s sports
While Dana White’s decision to report what happened to the government is a proactive move, it is unfortunately a sign of the times in pro sports at the end of 2025. A few weeks ago, just two days into the 2025-2026 NBA regular season, the FBI got involved as well.
On October 23, it was revealed that Chauncey Billups, head coach of the Portland Trail Blazers, and Terry Rozier, guard for the Miami Heat, were among those arrested in a massive illegal gambling ring run by the FBI. Cleveland Cavaliers assistant coach Damon Jones was also arrested. FBI Director Kash Patel discussed the magnitude of these arrests in a press conference that day.
“The fraud is mind-boggling,” Patel told the media. “It’s not hundreds of dollars, it’s not thousands of dollars, it’s not millions of dollars, it’s not tens of thousands of dollars. It’s not even millions of dollars. We are talking tens of millions of dollars.”
Dana White did well, Dulgarian’s future is a question
We’ve all heard the accusations when something vague is going on with our favorite competitors or teams that’s causing them to lose: “Oh, this game is fixed.” In recent weeks, all the cries of “it’s fixed” have now taken on a little more validity.
The UFC and Dana White are now in a tough spot. In the wake of Issac Dulgarian’s release from the promotion’s active roster on Monday, north of 100 fights under the organization’s banner have now been flagged by the government for possible improprieties with money lines.
Three years ago, irregularities occurred in a fight between Darrick Minner and Shayilan Nuerdanbieke, won by the latter. In the aftermath of that match, the UFC investigated the moneyline changes.
White has handled the situation quite well so far, but Issac Dulgarian’s days in MMA as a whole, however, could be over.
“There’s no evidence yet that he did this,” Dana White said, “but I can tell you this: It doesn’t look good. It definitely doesn’t look good.”
