On the effective date, each common share held by the shareholders of the Issuer on the effective date will be deemed to be a subordinated voting share.
The subordinated voting shares of FNX Inc. will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new CUSIP number on December 5, 2025.

S2 Minerals Inc. (STWO) (the “Issuer”) has announced a name and symbol change to FNX Inc. (FNX), as well as amendments to the articles of association of the Issuer to (a) amend the rights and restrictions of the existing class of “common shares” and redesignate such class as “subordinated voting shares”, and (b) create a new class of shares referred to as “multiple voting shares”.
