Crypto Price Analysis August-15: ETH, XRP, Ada, Sol and Hype

This Friday we will investigate Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano, Solana and Hyperliquid in more detail.

Ethereum (ETH)

For the first time in four years, Ethereum is about to test the all-time high at $ 4,868. The price is less than 4% of that level at the time of this post. Because of these great achievements, ETH has also risen by 19% this week.

It is important to introduce one of the most exciting periods in which the price discussion begins. As soon as ETH succeeds in making $ 4,900 – $ 5,000 in an important support, the race is that a new ATH. Volatility will explode as bulls and bears battle for dominance.

Looking ahead, Ethereum looks very strong here and seems to break the current ATH. Once that has been erased, the price is open to $ 6,000 and $ 7,000 as the first goals. Longer term can approach ETH $ 9,000 or even $ 10,000 if the rally is maintained.

Ripple (XRP)

XRP remained under the resistance of $ 3.2 this week and achieved a loss of 6%. This is not very reassuring, since most Altcoins have made good progress this week and are green.

Unfortunately for XRP, the momentum is not there because it already had a strong meeting in July. That is why buyers seem exhausted, or have they moved to the Ethereum ecosystem, where the price promotion is more attractive.

Looking ahead, as long as it can remain active above the support of $ 3, it has a good chance to collect later as soon as the money turns back from other altcoins such as Ethereum or Cardano. With this in mind, the current trend is flat and the price can continue around $ 3.

Cardano (there)

Cardano had a fantastic week after it succeeded in breaking through the $ 0.90 resistance and $ 1 became short before the price went back. This allowed it to make a profit of 20% this week! The excitement returns to Ada and the price action shows this.

The next goal for Bulls is to reclaim $ 1 and to keep that level as support. If they are successful, then this cryptocurrency has a great chance of much higher levels in the second part of 2025. The main goal of $ 1 is now $ 1.3.

Looking ahead, Ada is found in a strong meeting that can catapult the price above $ 1 and even pass the $ 1.3 high of December 2024 if buyers remain aggressive. That would then open the road to $ 1.5.

Solana (SOL)

Good news for Solana holders, because the price tries to reclaim the $ 200 level. This week, buyers tried twice to keep the price above $ 200, but have been rejected so far. Nevertheless, every attempt Solana puts closer to changing this level in support.

Sol also had a great week in terms of the price promotion, so it was closed with a win of 13%. The graph remains bullish with clear higher highlights and lows. If nothing changes in the present momentum, a price above $ 200 is just a matter of time.

Looking ahead, this cryptocurrency has good support for $ 186 when sellers return. The current resistance is found at $ 200 and $ 227, which should be broken if the bulls want to retain the current upward trend.

Hype (hype)

Hype succeeded in an impressive recovery last week, making it closed with a price increase of 20%. As a result, it turned close to the all-time high at $ 50. At the time of this message, the price is $ 48.5. With another push, buyers were able to break more than $ 50 for the first time.

After a persistent correction at the end of July, this reversal was sharp and fast, which showed that buyers were only waiting for a good opportunity to return. Bulls seem determined to steer the hype much higher in the coming months.

Looking ahead, if hype succeeds in making $ 50 an important support, then it will introduce the price discovery such as Ethereum above $ 5,000. After that, important goals can be found at $ 54, $ 60 and $ 66. Hopefully sellers will stay at $ 50 and they will not return to stop the current rally.
