USA Cricket (USAC) has applied for a bankruptcy prior to his hearing in its dispute with American Cricket Enterprises (ACE). The chapter 11 -Investor makes USAC the first ICC member in the world that goes bankrupt. Earlier there were reports that chairman Venu Pisike are considering the step to submit bankruptcy.
As a result, the route undertaken by the USAC paused the legal hearings in the related issue. A bait official accused USAC of the non -intention of improving his cricket or for the players in the team, so that the body is further accused of motivated by political stimuli, according to reports in many media oututets.
“USAC could not tolerate the provisional hearing to even start, and knew that the result was a forgotten conclusion: it had no basis to end the parties’ agreement and was reckless the success of cricket in the US. USAC has zero regard for the best interests of cricket and his players, and is only motivated by a state – – -Representative, as an AGG -representative, as an AGE representative, as a cricbuzz.
The schedule for the bankruptcy offers a provisional view of the source of funds of USAC that are bank fund, debtors, office equipment and other small assets that are mentioned. The uncovered claims have a total of just over half a million dollars.
It has also been reported that the Board of Directors of USAC refused to resign. The requests have repeatedly arrived from the ICC and the end of usopc. This is to make a smooth passage possible for the reforms of the government and the cash flows that are re -placed from the global administrative body.
When it comes to the players, this is certainly a relevant outcome. Payments under the contracts could have been delayed or re -negotiated. However, they will now be in the hands of the decision makers at the court. The battle for the ACE command will take a break for the hanging bankruptcy procedures of the cricketboard. This in turn will shift important decisions from the Court of Colorado to the federal bankruptcy court.
