Certainly has launched a new home warranty product focused on real estate transactions through a long-term relationship with six affiliated brands Compass International Holdings.
The company says Assurant Home Warranty will be offered to approximately 300,000 agents in all participating countries Compass brands – including Coldwell banker, Century 21, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, ERA, Corcoran And Sotheby’s International Realty.
This move expands Assurant’s home protection business into the real estate sector, complementing its existing warranty and protection business in mobile, automotive and residential services.

The program is designed to integrate into real estate workflows through an agent-centric portal and is supported by a nationwide network of service providers and dedicated customer support. Assurant says this approach allows agents and brokers to provide warranty coverage as part of transactions and maintain relationships with customers after closing.
Leaders add that the warranty offering is intended to help buyers manage repair costs while providing sellers and agents with an additional transaction-related service.
