A few things I’ve been saving lately for inspiration:
I’ve never really been into wallpaper, but I had an acute urge when I saw this one that Linnea shared. It immediately felt like the room had a little more edge as the wallpaper extended all the way to the ceiling.

A combo I can’t get enough of: cream colored together with deep red shades and cognac. In both outfits and decor!

This is from our house. A mirror I bought at a flea market when we first moved here has been sitting in the corner of a small hallway. Now it was temporarily placed in a place near a window in the living room and I immediately feel that I love it? I probably thought it was some kind of entryway furniture when I first found it, or it was probably mainly that I couldn’t leave it behind but knew what I would use it for. Nothing has a permanent place at home anymore, but I move and feel.

When I save photos of interior design, sometimes it’s about interior design, but more often it’s about art. Colours, combinations, shapes. I was very inspired by this photo and it is also very reminiscent of a painting I made a few years ago.

A thought that turned around in me once or twice

An image that appeared on the Instagram of art curator Roland-Philippe Kretzschmar. What made me save money are repetitions. The same painting, four times high, gives me great pleasure. I really want to paint that way, albeit maybe with a twist. Leave the image inspired, straight to the sketchbook!
