Manila, Filippin-de Japanese coach Taka Minowa did the best volleyball competition after three years with Akari ownership teams.
Minowa, who led the chargers to a breakthrough final appearance in the reinforced conference and bronze in the All-Filipino Conference 2024-25, officially said goodbye to his club and the first and only volleyball competition in the country.

Philippine Daily Inquirer broke the news on 12 May that Tina Salak took the coaching, while Minowa will join his wife, yes, Santiago, in her attempt to become the first Filipino spiker playing in Europe after years of playing in Japan.
The Japanese tactician, who started coaching with NXLED in 2023, thought last year about his transfer to Akari, where he sent the Oly Okaro-conducted team to make his way to the strengthened final before he fell to Creamline.

“A year ago I received an offer from Team Management, which told me:” We have a line -up that can become a champion team. ” This came from a team that, since its foundation, was never completed in the top 6.
“We chose not to chase the results, but to concentrate on daily growth. We believed in the process and that faith kept our day after day ahead, challenge due to challenge. It was never easy, but every difficult day made this trip even more meaning and fulfilling.”

When he resigned, Minowa thanked his coaching staff, players, their social media team and the entire PVL community.
He wished the loaders best, hoping to get their first gold after their back-to-back stage finishes.
“Even the most successful team in the PVL started with back-to-back stage finishes before he finally became champions and that is exactly where this team is now. The foundation has been laid. Faith is real. And the future is rosy. Go for gold!” Said Minowa.
“I would be really grateful if I could even make a small positive impact or give some inspiration to the team and to Filipino volleyball. It was an honor to work in my wife’s home country. Thanks, team. Thank you Maraming Salamat. Matane.”
The Chargers also let go of two players in Cath Almazan and Ysa Bakabak.
Under Salak, Akari 10th chooses in the design. Team manager Mozzy Ravena and the assistant coach Eddieson Orcullo of New Chargers, who led Feu to the Uaap season 87 Herenfinal, attended the last day of the mowing porter in Paco Arena to supervise the 60 hopeful.
