Simons is not exactly subtle here – he clearly wants to leave Leipzig, and that probably means that he will be a Chelsea player for too long.
CFC has recently invested a lot of money in top young players such as Simons, and this would represent another large coup for the blues.
We have already seen Jamie Gittens join this summer to give Chelsea an attacking midfield option, but there can also be room for Simons after the departure of Noni Madueke and Joao Felix.
