The time for the Christmas market has arrived! And no one is happier about that than me <3 Merry Christmas, isn’t that the only thing that makes us happy this time? I’ve decided that this year I will try to bring in as much Christmas cheer as possible!
Max and I in the studio before heading to the Arild vineyard last weekend for one of the first markets of the season.

At the vineyard we met some friends and their children.
In the courtyard they had lit bonfires, grilled sausages and we drank their own wine lager while the kids grilled marshmallows. We bought with a bottle of mulled wine, it was so tasty (= not so slimy)

Taking more pictures was forgotten, but there was some crafting going on at the market and then we ate the Christmas plate while the children ran around and played and we stayed all evening. Almost like we were going to an impromptu Christmas dinner?

This lady in clay was allowed to come home with me, along with a pair of felted wool slippers and mittens.

A photo of another Christmas market we were at the weekend before. See how cute it is there? There are so many nice old farmhouses here that you drive past them and wonder what it looks like on the inside. So when they open for different types of events, you should take the opportunity to take a look!
I don’t remember the name of this farm, but it dates back to the 18th century and had an old-fashioned Christmas market.

Even made a wreath for the door! I bought a base several weeks ago that was staring at me and now this weekend it finally came out. It will probably be a classic red ribbon wrapped around it a bit thinly, or what do you think? Although it is also nice to just make a simple bow to secure the length.
Next weekend we will be in Malmö. There should definitely be some kind of Christmas market there, because Sunday is the first day of Advent. If anyone knows what’s going on in Malmö, please let me know <3
