Christmas Gift Guide for Wellness, Fitness and Biohacking – The Fitnessista

Christmas Gift Guide for Wellness, Fitness and Biohacking – The Fitnessista

I’m sharing some of my favorite gift ideas for fitness and wellness enthusiasts, biohackers, and *scrunchy* friends (or even yourself!) this holiday season.

Hello friends! How are you? I hope you’re having a great week so far. It’s a short week that ends with shopping and cake – we got this!!

It’s been busy here. Monday night was Liv’s confirmation, so we celebrated afterwards with dinner and crazy milkshakes. The pilot was traveling, but I’m glad he’ll be here for Thanksgiving. What have you planned? We go to my uncle’s as usual, and then to Trevor and Danielle’s.

For today’s post, I wanted to share a roundup of my favorite wellness, fitness, and biohacking gifts! This is a perfect gift for your *scrunchy* friends… or even for yourself. Let’s be real; This weekend sees the best sales of the year, so it’s the perfect time to stock up on wellness essentials, especially if you have health-related goals as we head into the new year.

It’s also worth mentioning here that many of the things on this list are nice/nice to have, but not essential. The most important health tools are free, such as sunshine, stress management, connection, exercise and solid nutrition.

If you have a favorite wellness purchase of the year, post it in the comments below!

Christmas gift guide for wellness, fitness and biohacking

House and kitchen:

Air doctor. Clean air makes such a big difference, especially at this time of year when allergies and colds are floating around.

Non-toxic pots and pans. We love Caraway And Our place. Every year on Black Friday I usually treat myself to a new one Our place pot or pan. Their air fryer is so cute too!

Water filter. Clearly filtered is my favorite, and I also love our AquaTru under-sink filter.

Shower filter for awning. We immediately noticed a difference in our skin and hair. The water feels softer and no longer has a chlorine smell

Hatching nightlight. It’s so peaceful to wake up to soft lights and birdsong instead of a blaring iPhone alarm.

Industry basics. I switched to Branch Basics for almost everything. I also love their dishwasher pods. Many ‘natural’ dishwasher soaps have a plastic coating and leave small streaks and residue on dishes. Branch Basics makes them sparkling clean.

Thrive market or ButcherBox. A box of one of these would be great. We get almost all of our meat from ButcherBox because they have wild-caught and organic options. You will receive a free gift via this link! We order most of our essential snacks and pantry items from Thrive Market. This link will save you 40%.

Mould-free coffee! The sad news is that coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so many conventional options contain pesticides, herbicides and mold. This has been lab tested for purity and remineralized, and it tastes DELICIOUS. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is nasty. This one is great.

A great weighted blanket. This would make a GREAT gift. I sleep with this every night. It has EMF protection, is the perfect weight, and the cover is super silky and luxurious.

Healthy Daily Habits:

This red light hood! I like to use this a few times a week and feel like it helps my hair stay thick and healthy. Use FITNESSA15.

Got pemph. I use this every day for breathwork and meditation, or when I need some energy during computer work. Use FITNESSA15.

Canopy humidifier. I love the portable travel camera and find my skin and eyes feel better when I use it.

Hiking trail. The only way I can get 10,000 steps most days! This one costs less than $100 with Black Friday deals.

Rebounder. This is a great way to support blood flow and the lymphatic system and also improve focus during a long work day. I take a 5 minute break and bounce to some music. This is for sale to BCM.

Vibratory plate. I don’t think these are a must-have, but they do feel great.

Tongue scraper. A perfect stocking stuffer!

Red light face mask. I use this every morning while doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I notice a huge difference in the texture of my skin.

Portable red light panel (wait until Friday!). I use this every day and for so many reasons. For energy, focus, mood, inflammation, skin, aches, muscle pain, fever, everything.

My favorite non-toxic makeup and skin care. I’m obsessed with the Olive Rose collection (and so is Liv!)

Glasses that block blue light. These are special because I was able to get them in my Rx!

One Skin! They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells <— they can speed up the aging process. I love them tinted moisturizer And body lotion.Organic! They make so many of my favorite things including hydrogen water tablets, green juice, red juice, Harmony and Pure. Check it out here!

Detoxes and supplements:

The famous sauna blanket! This was a Black Friday gift to myself years ago and I still use it at least once a week for stress relief, great sweats, glowing skin, and a great night’s sleep. Use FITNESSA15.

Castor oil pack. This is the best!

My favorite quarterly detox! I look forward to this every time and can’t wait for our community detox in January.

A parasite cleanse 🙂 My favorite is here.

Peptides! I’ll do an updated post, but I added these to my routine and they were incredible. (Note: I don’t recommend any specific peptides, but this is where I buy mine. You can decide what you want to do based on your goals, and a doctor will prescribe it for you based on an intake form and medical history.)

Suitability:

Membership in the Sculpt Society! I love these workouts so much. This link you get one month free on the app.

Oura ring. I treated myself to a new one with the Amex credit and am loving all the new data! It’s so cool that I can also sync it with a Stelo glucose monitor.

EMF blocking pocket. This is what I use at the gym and on walks, so I can use my wired headphones, but it protects my body from my cell phone.

Wired headphones 🙂

Barefoot sneakers. These are the best and they have so many great styles for gym, life and walking.

For you:

The most incredible wellness gift you can give yourself this season is a Integrative Health Practitioner Certification. It is no exaggeration to say that this certification has absolutely changed my life, my business, and the health of our family. I have learned so much through my IHP certifications (I have Level 1, Level 2 and am halfway through High Performance Health and Level 3) and have been able to share this knowledge with my family and clients.

Certification Assessment of Integrative Health Practitioner Level Two

I was able to cure myself (my Lupus markers used to be positive; they are now negative) with functional lab tests, protocols, and lifestyle changes. Dr. Cabral is a great teacher and the IHP community is friendly, welcoming and supportive. We would love for you to participate!!!

They are having a HUGE Black Friday sale…a little birdie told me there is $1500 off starting this Friday with the code BF1500. So bookmark this pageand be ready for Friday!

I probably won’t be back until Friday Faves, but I hope you have the happiest Thanksgiving full of family, good food, and wonderful memories. When I go through my gratitude list every morning, you are all on my list. I am so grateful for all of you and this nice little space of the internets.

Affiliate links are included in this post and companies cannot sponsor spots in my gift guides. These are all things I put together myself and I really think they would make great gifts! Thank you so much to those of you who support the blog by shopping through my links. I appreciate you very much. Ad revenue has absolutely dropped since this summer thanks to AI search (people no longer have to click on your post to find the information they need), so affiliates have kept the blog going. xo
