Christian Pulisic delivered one of his more memorable versions for AC Milan on Saturday.
Pulisic scored twice and added one assist to the 3-0 Serie A victory of the Rossoneri on Udinese. The National Team star of the US Heren Forward earned man of the match Honors when AC Milan jumped to third place in the rankings.
Pulisic opened the score in the 39th minute and threw a rebound in the box for his third goal of the season in all competitions.
The 26-year-old added to his busy day in the 46th minute and earned an assist on the goal of Youssouf Fofana. Pulisic was pulled down in the Udinese box while the loose ball rolled to Fofana, which made zero mistakes with his finish.
Pulisic added his third and final target contribution of the day and finished the inverted pass of Adrien Rabiot in the bottom corner. Razvan Sava tried to ward off the efforts of Pulisic, but could not cleverly finish his brace as the in-shape forward.
He was replaced in the 63rd minute when the Massimiliano Allegri team held up for a crucial three points in the early season.
Pulisic won eight duels, pulled three mistakes and registered three shots on goal in his performance. He became the first AC Milan player who had three target statements at a Serie A match since Olivier Giroud and Brahim Diaz did this against Sampdoria in May 2023.
AC Milan will then be confronted with Lecce in Coppa Italia Play on Tuesday.
