Manchester United Under-21s Baas Travis Binnion has insisted that they have hardly scratched the surface of what is capable of Chido Obi, after his excellent performance in the victory over Manchester City.
OBI scores against the city
OBI was on the score sheet when the Under-21s maintained their perfect start to the new season with a 2-1 victory over the city last weekend.
He took the opener before Amir Ibragimov hit a Shea Lacey Cross for the second of the game.
OBI has enjoyed a drastic rise of staring since he came to United at United last summer at United. He made his senior debut for United in February, during a loss against Tottenham Hotspur. He then made eight senior performances for United and scored twice in the comeback triumph over Hong Kong during the tour after the season.
Until now, however, OBI has not been included in a MatchDay team by Ruben Amorim. This follows the signing of Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig.

Binnion pointed out that OBI is in a “golden period” of development and urged him to take full advantage of achieving his ambitions.
