Nicolas Jackson left Chelsea as a surplus of the requirements in the team of Enzo Maresca and joined Bayern Munich on loan for the season, and he is currently playing the role of the Understudy for star striker Harry Kane. The 24-year-old Senegal International, however, says that he is happy in the Allianz Arena and seems open to the idea of staying there permanent.
“I am very happy here, everyone welcomed me very well. I feel at home,” said Jackson, as quoted by Fabrizio Romano.
“We will see what the future brings,” he added.
Interestingly, Bayern has reportedly paid £ 15 million to secure Jackson’s services before 2025/26, and they have the obligation to make the scheme a permanent under certain conditions. But if that does not happen and he will return to Stamford Bridge next summer, he will remain contraction with Chelsea until 2033.
Jackson has played three times for the Bavers in the Bundesliga and still has to register a target contribution. In the Champions League, however, he has one goal and one assist of two performances.
