Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic has been one of the club’s standout players this season with four goals and an assist in all competitions, but is expected to leave Turin once the season is over.
His wage demands are not in line with Juve’s budget, opening the door for his departure as a free agent next summer, with a move to the Premier League currently seen as his most likely next step.
According to TBR FootballChelsea and Tottenham Hotspur have already held talks with Vlahovic’s agents about a possible transfer, with the Londoners also facing competition from Manchester United.
Spurs can trump Chelsea for Vlahovic
Although Dusan Vlahovic’s agent has held talks with Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur could have the upper hand to sign the Serbia international as the Blues have had Liam Delap and Joao Pedro on their roster since the start of the 2025/2026 season.
Spurs striker Dominic Solanke’s fitness has not been very consistent since his arrival from Bournemouth last year, while Randal Kolo Muani has also struggled to impress after joining the club on loan from Paris Saint-Germain.
With that in mind, Tottenham Hotspur could see the opportunity to sign Dusan Vlahovic on a free transfer being too good to give up, even if it means improving on the £200,000 weekly wage he has been earning at Juventus for a few years.
Vlahovic does valued at £30 million on TransfermarktSo it will also be interesting to see if Juventus offer him to their interested parties in January itself to reduce the risk of losing him for free six months later, once his contract expires.
However, Chelsea may not be too keen on the former Fiorentina marksman, putting Tottenham Hotspur on a fairly easy path to securing a move for him sometime next year.
