1. Thanks Pete	Good performance by the last two, who then came back to win; repetition places him there
2. Uncaptured warrior	A bit of an all-or-nothing type, he’s four away from winning an N1X on CNL with a 91 Beyer fig; An abrupt drop gives us pause, but if you think he’ll run to his better form today, he’s the winner

RACE 2

5. No is the only one	Coming off a win versus less and has four wins on the trip; insect rider Ebow gets a look at the local shed
3. Mo joke	In the trifecta seven consecutive
2. Goldfire	Wins for fun as he returns to two-back form

RACE 3

6. Awesome girl	It looks like coach Phil Capuano has found what he wants to do after a solid performance at level and last trip; racing light on zipper should work in her favor
8. Veri collected	If this miss can return to her previous form, she will win here, but this will be her first appearance on dirt after seven attempts on synthetics; only dirt work (9/18) looks solid and in the company of a horse that is now a two-time winner
5. Amendment	Improved performance in the final behind 1-9 favourite, and a replay puts her right in the mix; runner-up returned to third place in special weight company

1. Quick dessert	Has been competitive lately with the likes of Stryda, who made $290,000, and won a fee of three back, and both of those are enough of a resume to keep the lead here; The main question is how rider Santaella will deal with the expected pace pressure from #4
7. Cowgirl pose	Could the inconspicuous trainer Adorno give exactly; looking for stalk-and-pounce trip and might get it
4. Peggy’s way	When sorting quickly, the blinders come on

RACE 5

5. View of the large park	Comes into a two-race heater and hasn’t been challenged in either
