Candace Owens claimed that Brigitte Macron is a man – and keeps doing that.
On July 23, the French President Emmanuel Macron brought a resilient procedure against PodCaster Candace Owens.
President Macron served the case together with his wife, Brigitte, in the Delaware Supreme Court, according to the E-Filing. The defamation of 22 counts accuses Owens of spreading false rumors about the birth of Brigitte. The archiving of more than 200 pages claims that Brigitte and Emmanuel have suffered emotional damage as a result of these allegations.
Owens claimed that Brigitte was born as a biological man called Jean-Michel Trogneux and that the couple is guilty of incest and identity theft.
The complaint was filed after Macron Owens asked to withdraw her claims in the audience. Owens responded to the claims on her podcast. Her position is that the suit of the foreigners is an attack on her freedom of expression.
She posted on her podcast: “I am fully prepared to compete on behalf of the whole world.”
The macrons are not looking for compensating and punitive damage and have requested a jury right of jury in Delaware. The location of the suit seems to be the state where Owens’ business entities, Candace Owens LLC and Georgetom Inc. are included.
