Retired Italian tennis player Camila Giorgi expecting her first child! The mom-to-be shared a short video of her baby ultrasound on Instagram Stories, confirming the happy news.
The 34-year-old first hinted at her pregnancy earlier this month around Valentine’s Day. She posted a photo with her partner, Argentina coach Andreas Ignacio Pasuttihugging in an elevator, along with the caption “San Valentino a 3” and a pregnant woman emoji. I initially missed the Instagram story and only saw a few unreliable messages about it, so I chose not to share the news at the time. Now that Giorgi has posted an ultrasound update, the pregnancy has been definitively confirmed.

Giorgi is only 11 weeks pregnant, as shown in the ultrasound video, and does not appear visible yet, which is completely normal at this stage. The former world number 26 remains slim as ever and is enjoying her time between Italy and Argentina.
Giorgi’s partner, Pasutti, is an Argentinian tennis player born in 1995, making him about three and a half years younger than her. His professional career did not reach the same heights as Giorgi’s. His highest ATP singles ranking was No. 1562. According to his Instagram bio, he now works as a tennis coach.
