As a result, it’s one of the last chances pros have to secure their Tour status for next season, or even qualify for all of the Tour’s signature events. Tour winner Sahith Theegala is one of them.
Theegala earned his first win at the 2023 Fortinet Championship before putting together a stellar season in 2024, finishing third in the final FedEx Cup standings.
But so far in 2025, Theegala has failed to post a top 10 in 21 events, finishing the playoffs ranked 147th in the FedEx Cup standings. A win this week could be huge for his future career.
