“It was a big result.
“We came here in the past and the results went against us, or decisions and things like that. It started to feel that way today, but we have a big character, a big fight to turn it around, so we are really happy.
“In the past we came here and we have had decisions to go against us and whatever, and almost today, with the penalty and some decisions, and Nick Pope with an incredible game.
“But we have buried and we have shown that character, the resilience that we have, so I am really proud of all the boys. We have made a big explanation today. It’s really good for us, you can see it in all our faces.
“We had to run to the corner flag and share the moment with Gabi! It is a big moment for us as a team.
‘I enjoyed [the game]. I felt good, it was clear that I had just returned and three games in a week. I felt really good outside of it. I felt that we dominated the game, we checked it and eventually we got what we deserved.
“It is a wonderful feeling every time I can wear the bracelet, and even better if we get three points, so I am really happy.”
