The NHL season 2025-26 starts next week. It is again that time of year and the schedules will be completed. Award predictions are a great topic of discussion to start, especially for the Boston Bruins. With the season that starts, here are superlative prices for the Bruins for the 2025-26 season.

Most valuable player: David Pastrnak

When David Pastrnak goes, the Bruins go. De Bruins are a team that has no score and production, because they finished 27th in goals scored in the entire season 2024-25. Pastrnak, however, was a constant and was a player who continued to raise himself and the players around him.

Pastrnak plays the last three seasons at an extremely high level. In the past three seasons he has reached 100 points every time. Strangely enough, pastrnak has 138 points more than the next nearest Bruins -Schaater during those three seasons. He is not only the definition of the most valuable player for the Bruins, but possibly the competition. Pastrnak has that kind of impact and when the Bruins come close to a play -off place or sneak, he is the reason why.

There is no doubt that Pastrnak will claim the road offensively for any success in the 2025-26 season.

Best defender: Hampus Lindholm

It is impossible to deny that Charlie Mcavoy will have this defense. Having your top defender is the key for every team and now healthy, it brings the Bruins in better form. Hampus Lindholm, however, will be the best defender for the Bruins and the most valuable.

Lindholm is sensational on both ends of the ice. While he excels in switching the Puck -up ice cream, he can play a strong defense and influence the game in a great way. It goes beyond the even powerful game, because he is a weapon for the Power Play.

The Power Play of the Bruins was poor during the 2024-25 season, with a success rate of 15.2%. Fortunately, Lindholm has been successful on the Power Play, especially in addition to Pastrnak. In the past three seasonsThe two together exceeded opponents 36-1.

Lindholm will not have Brandon Carlo, but he is a player who raises his line sizes and will be successful anyway. You will see how this team missed him during the 2024-25 season.

Largest Bounce-Back Player: Elias Lindholm

The obvious answer is goalkeeper Jeremy Swayman. If the Bruins will have some form of success this season, it starts between the legs. Swayman didn’t have his best season, but the biggest candidate for Bounced-Back is Top-Line Center Elias Lindholm. De Bruins do not have the most talented selection, but they do have guys who can go into production. Lindholm starts the second year of his big contract and a Bounce-back season is fine.

Lindholm ended the 2024-25 season with 47 points. Of his 47 points, 25 of them came to play during five-on-five. Lindholm, however, treated a back injury that saw him miss the start of the camp. Given how slow a start was for the season, the injury had an impact.

Lindholm showed flashes of excellence along the piece. It was his best piece of hockey he played since he signed with the Bruins. Lindholm ended the season with 16 points in the last 22 games. With a healthy season of income and he anchores the top position alongside Pastrnak and Morgan Geekie, Heaven is the limit for a bounce back season.

The most improved: Mason Lohrei

One of the big things to watch is the younger players. How they develop under new head coach Marco Sturm will be something to check. One of those players is Mason Lohrei, who will take the next steps in his development.

Lohrei will have opportunities to succeed and to be placed in positions to be successful. If he is linked next to Mcavoy, there is a path to success. Lohrei has a huge offensive advantage and has a lot of playing capacity with the puck on his stick. He comes from a season in which he scored five goals (career best) and 33 points (career the best). Lohrei must improve his defensive game, but accompanied by Mcavoy can help.

Lohrei can play a key role for this team. Seeing his game will be something to look at.

Unsung Hero: Michael Eyssimont

Each team has the unfortunate hero. There is always that player who stands out in a huge way and supplements the line -up. For the Bruins there are many contenders for this kind of role. But in 2025-26 that player Michael will be Eyssimont.

Eyssimont is a player who will probably slot on the fourth line. However, that does not mean that his impact on the game is not under the radar. Eyssimont is a scourge and a nasty player to play against. He is a fast skater with a high engine and is persistent at the pre -check. Beware when you are a defender because he comes for that puck that has been dumped in the corner. Eyssimont will play a crucial role and give the bottom of the setup enormous depth. The kind of effort it makes is unlimited.

Let the games start

The games will start soon. And it will be nice to look back on these prices. Which hit and which missed, and maybe we surprised us the most.
