Affordable housing lottery launches for $812 units at the former Pfizer location in ‘Burg

An affordable housing lottery has been launched at 11 Gerry Street, a 10-storey fully affordable building in Rabsky’s massive Broadway Triangle development. Units start at $812 per month. The megadevelopment, which includes nine buildings and spans two Williamsburg blocks, was the subject of a very controversial Repurposing 2017.
