This week we look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago, focusing on homes in Fort Greene, Bed Stuy and Marine Park. How did they fare?

First off, this 1850s row house is located in the Brooklyn Academy Historic District. The Fort Greene two-family home complex is set up with a triplex above a garden rental, and the renovated home features marble fireplaces, wood floors and plasterwork. This former Open House Pick signed a contract in September.

Set up as a two-family home, this Bed Stuy brownstone still has some 1890s touches, has had a few upgrades, and still has room for a new owner to make some adjustments. The 18-foot-wide home features mantels, moldings, ceiling medallions and some stained glass. This former Home of the Day is still available for $1.875 million, a price reduction of $315,000.

This Queen Anne resides in Bed Stuy and is a two-family home with a rental above a duplex. The kitchen in the duplex is located at garden level and opens into a conservatory. This former Open House Pick sold in August for $1.975 million, which was $20,000 below the asking price.

Finally, this detached single-family home in Marine Park has its own driveway and garage. This former Open House Pick sold in July for $970,000, which was $15,000 below asking price.
