Brooklyn listings six months later: two sold

This week’s look back at four of our featured listings from six months ago focused on homes in South Midwood, Bay Ridge and Prospect Heights. How did they fare?

First, in South Midwood, this two-story, early 20th century log home combines original details with modern updates. This former Open House Pick was taken off the market in August.

A renovation has added some modern design details and conveniences to this Bay Ridge townhome while maintaining its original 1920s charm. This former Home of the Day sold in August for $1.49 million, which was $165,000 more than the asking price.

Also in Bay Ridge, a semi-detached Tudor has wooden floors and arched doorways. This former Open House Pick signed a contract in December.

Finally, in the Prospect Heights Historic District, this second-floor walk-up comes with two bedrooms, an in-unit laundry, and a classic black and white bathroom. This former Co-op of the Day sold in September for $950,000, which was $75,000 above asking price.
