Knicks fans have been on Cloud Nine since Jalen Brunson and Co. The ruling champions have dethroned. And rightly so. After all, this is their first trip to the final of the conference in 25 years, and not much they have chosen to beat the Celtics before the series started. But now that the New York team has proven the critics, their fans ensure that they hand out the coupons. One of their goals? Brian Windhorst.
Well, Windy was one of the many basketball experts skeptical about the knicks that passed the Celtics. In fact, he was so faith in their season that ended in the second round, he said on ESPN, “If the Knicks take it to 6, I would celebrate it as a victory.” So when Tom Thibodeau’s team sent the ruling champions in six games, which also with a 38-point wind gain to close the series, one Knicks fan was fast to confront Windhorst while walking past him on the street.
In a video that has since become viral, a passionate fan points on the camera on the ESPN veteran and asks him, “What do you think of Boston losing?” But as soon as Windy leans forward to respond, the fan cuts him off and shouts, “I don’t give knicks in six, p —!” Realizing that the only intention of the fan is to hang him, Windy holds a professional approach and keeps walking with a smile on his face. The fan keeps screaming “So go like s – now! What are you going to say?”

Maybe Knicks fans want to celebrate Windy as he promised at the first take. From now on, the analyst did not say much about the wonderful victory of the New York team. However, he did write a detailed ESPN piece about the “blurred” Future of the Celtics after their early output of the play -offs. The article strictly held on to the struggles of the Boston franchise, without paying much attention to the Knicks. So, Windy still has to deliver on his promise. However, his ESPN colleague, Stephen A. Smith, has had the full opposite reaction.
Stephen A. Smith cannot stop celebrating the victory of Knicks against Celtics
When Windhorst made his daring explanation on ESPN, Stephen A. Smith also shocked everyone with his prediction, “There is no person who knows legitimate that basketball wins the Knicks more than 1 match.” Although the explanation was strange of the old Knick fan, it was logical because the Celtics were the higher seed and the defensive champions.

Shortly after the Knicks started to win, Stephen A. was pleasantly surprised. The celebrations started when they took a 2-0 lead in Boston and they have not stopped since. And yes, the ESPN analyst was present at MSG for Game 6 to support the Knicks and to witness their historical victory. What followed was a series of videos and photos on X van Stephen a celebration in the garden. Clapping, cheers and even sometimes singing, the analyst had the time of his life.
After the game, he even stepped on the field and he put Jalen Brunson to congratulate him. Then came a healthy moment with a different die-hard Knicks fan Spike Lee, because both shared a hug and celebrating the victory of the Knicks. Smith ended his night by posting a photo of himself, which was under the large MSG screen and showed the Knicks team that improved the final of the conference. “Good night” He wrote. It was indeed a good night for Knicks fans and they hope to maintain this party until June.
