After opting to bowl first, DC kept RCB under pressure throughout the innings and wrapped up the chase with more than four overs to spare.

Bowlers sizzle to keep RCB at a sub-par total

Getting started, RCB Women never found any real momentum and were bowled out for 109 in 20 overs. Chasing 110, Delhi Capitals Women got off to a smooth start despite losing a few early wickets. Shafali Verma‘s quick 16 from eight balls set up early intentions, while Laura Wolvaardt anchored the innings with a composite 42 off 38 deliveries, timing the ball beautifully and keeping the chase on course.

Rodrogue previously played the perfect supporting role and regularly scored 24 Marizanne Kapp finished the job with an unbeaten 19 off 15 balls. DC reached 111 for 3 in just 15.4 overs, guaranteeing a comfortable win.

For RCB, Sayali Satghare was the only bright spot with the ball, taking two wickets, while Radha claimed one. However, the lack of scoreboard pressure left the bowlers with little margin for error.
